Well, last week i took my time to have a peek at the next-to-be-lunch phase of Alam Impian:- the NUKILAN
this types of house has land area of 24×80 feet, and from the developer’s brochure, it stated that the built up area is about approximately 2,700 – 4,500 feet, and i believe that those 4,000 feet house is specifically for corner and end lot only.

well, you can notice that the windows at the right of the master bedroom at the first floor has a bit slanted edge and it kinda give a very sophisticated looking window…

as in the inside, i feel it is justifiable to say that this house is reallllly big…

as for the kitchen, it is a just nice size for the house. but the is something different which i notice in the kitchen…the switch..
