Alam Impian – Nukilan
Posted in hari-harian on December 4, 2008 by fuadfatahWell, last week i took my time to have a peek at the next-to-be-lunch phase of Alam Impian:- the NUKILAN
this types of house has land area of 24×80 feet, and from the developer’s brochure, it stated that the built up area is about approximately 2,700 – 4,500 feet, and i believe that those 4,000 feet house is specifically for corner and end lot only.
well, here is pic the NUKILAN (corner):

well, you can notice that the windows at the right of the master bedroom at the first floor has a bit slanted edge and it kinda give a very sophisticated looking window…

as in the inside, i feel it is justifiable to say that this house is reallllly big…
A very large house indeed..

as for the kitchen, it is a just nice size for the house. but the is something different which i notice in the kitchen…the switch..

now, the thing that worries me is the loan approval. hopefully the housing loan division wiil speed up the approval process…

here also the updates of the LAKSA highway that connecting shah alam to alam impian is really, i mean really way behind of schedule..

new government, new administration

the MB has been appointed…
executive councilors also been sworn in…
also the assemblymen has got their seats in the Dewan Undangan Negeri…
now, it’s time for us, the government servant to be transferred out of the administration…
the government servant which seen to the new appointed leaders of S’ss state of favouring the old regime…
well, good luck to those who will be transferred out…
and good luck too for those whose been ‘chosen’ serving the new government…
